Biacryl was founded in the 1990s as both a plastic trading company and a technology development firm. Our mission has always been to innovate and optimize acrylic production methods with a strong focus on sustainability.
Over the years, we have pioneered key advancements, including UV curing processes for oversized acrylic sheets with minimal energy consumption, the use of float glass sheets as molds in cell cast production, and the development of a continuous prepolymer production unit.
Biacryl continues to push boundaries by working on unbonded large-format acrylic blocks that remain transportable, offering new possibilities for various industries.

We specialize in oversized acrylic sheets and blocks, continuously pushing the boundaries of thickness expansion. Our ongoing research aims to develop monolithic acrylic blocks with a homogeneous molecular structure, reaching up to 600 mm in thickness.
