The largest monolithic block

We successfully manufactured a large transparent block measuring 6100×2200×200 mm with full payload format

We produced the first monolithic block with a thickness of 150 mm. Now formats up to 5100×3100 are offered monolithically

Biacryl expanded its range to feature new formats up to
6100 x 2200 m. The formats are available in thicknesses up to 100mm

Laminar bonding of acrylic sheets

We perform laminar bonding of two or more acrylic sheets using ethacrylic syrup, which is polymerized and heat treated

New production facility

After several years of development we started the mass production of oversize acrylic blocks on a new and own facility

First PV solar park

The successful completion of our first PV solar park, marking a significant milestone in our commitment to sustainable energy

New size and thickness

We started producing uncolored and transparent acrylic sheets in large sizes and an average thickness of 8-15 mm

Tightness control system

We have successfully implemented an automated, permanent tightness control system for sealing using air pressure

Continuous PMMA syrup installation

We have begun the construction of a continuous PMMA syrup installation, and testing has officially started

New production facilities

New additional production facilities have been established at Les Verrières, Switzerland, enhancing our manufacturing capabilities

New acrylic sheet size

The first sheet with a size of 3100 x 8000 mm has been successfully produced at our own facilities

Heavy Equipment

Our in-house metal fabrication department produces molds and transport/handling structures

Tunnel aquarium

Acrylic sheets transformed into a tunnel aquarium. The big curved panels will be first chemical bonded and then curved in one piece
