ACRYLIC BLOCKS
OVERSIZED ACRYLIC BLOCKS PRODUCTION
Biacryl produces monolithic acrylic blocks in a single cast, with dimensions up to 3100 × 8000 × 150 mm. With lamination, thicknesses reach up to 300 mm. Larger or thicker blocks are bonded in-house to ensure transportability. Custom cuts are available for an additional charge.
Every Biacryl acrylic block is manufactured on a made-to-order basis. Production is carried out per individual customer orders, ensuring that each batch meets the exact specifications required for its intended use. Orders are typically fulfilled in full production units or multiples thereof.
Biacryl blocks stand out for their high molecular weight, improved elasticity, low internal stress, and superior planarity. They are available in various sizes, with monolithic thicknesses up to 100 mm. The light transmittance exceeds 92%, ensuring exceptional clarity. Our materials meet ISO 7823-1 standards and are UV-transparent, making them ideal for a wide range of applications.

KEY AREAS
ADVANCED ACRYLIC PRODUCTION
The large-scale production of oversized acrylic blocks by Biacryl is the result of many years of dedicated research and development. Our team has invested extensive time and resources into optimizing every aspect of the manufacturing process. Key areas of development include:
- Optimization of cell cast technology using high-quality oversized float glass sheets, ensuring superior surface smoothness and clarity.
- Achieving a highly consistent polymer structure by utilizing 100% pure methyl methacrylate (MMA), resulting in exceptional material properties.
- Enhancing flexibility in thickness and format options to meet diverse industrial and architectural applications.
- Minimizing energy consumption during production to enhance sustainability while maintaining excellent product quality.
