Biacryl manufactures oversized cast acrylic sheets using advanced cell cast technology, with dimensions up to 8000 × 3100 mm. Each sheet is delivered untrimmed and protected with a double-sided transparent PE protective film to maintain quality and clarity. Custom cuts are available upon request for an additional charge.

The light transmittance exceeds 92% for all formats and thicknesses, measured according to DIN EN 410 on 3 cm thick specimens. However, values may vary depending on the measuring instrument used. The material meets ISO 7823-1 standards and is UV-transparent, making it ideal for various high-performance applications.
